Facet and Form proudly offers only brands with a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee. This covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us at info@facetandformseattle.com with proof of purchase and photos of the item.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Loss of jewelry.

  • Damage from improper use or handling.

  • Normal wear and tear.
