APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We operate primarily by appointment to ensure every client receives undivided attention and a dedicated, unhurried experience. While we accommodate walk-ins when scheduling permits, we highly recommend booking in advance through our online portal to secure your preferred time.

What is your deposit policy?

To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your time slot and is applied directly toward the final cost of your service.

Rescheduling Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. If notice is given within this window, your deposit will be transferred to your new date. Cancellations or late reschedules will forfeit the deposit.

What happens if I am running late?

We offer a 10-minute grace period. Because our schedule is carefully structured to give everyone a premium experience, arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to shorten your session or reschedule your appointment, which will result in a forfeited deposit.

What standard of jewelry do you offer?

We specialize exclusively in premium, heirloom-quality body jewelry. Our collection features exceptional, hand-polished pieces—including solid 14k and 18k gold from top-tier designers like Body Vision Los Angeles (BVLA), alongside implant-grade titanium. Every piece is selected for its flawless structural integrity and long-term biocompatibility.

Can I be pierced with jewelry I brought from home?

To guarantee the safety, exact sizing, and sterile standards necessary for proper healing, we only install jewelry purchased directly from our studio. We cannot verify the metal composition, alloy safety, or sterilization history of outside jewelry.

Do you offer custom jewelry styling or curation?

Yes. We love working with clients to design cohesive, intentional ear curations and custom jewelry layouts. You can book a dedicated styling consultation to map out your long-term jewelry goals and select or custom-order unique pieces.

Studio Policies & Safety

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) is strictly required for every client, regardless of age. We cannot perform any services without physical, valid identification on hand.

What are your policies for minors?

We offer select piercing services for minors depending on age and placement. For any minor service, the following criteria must be met:

  • The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire visit.
  • A valid photo ID is required for both the parent/guardian and the minor (school IDs or passports work well for minors).
  • If the parent and minor have different last names or addresses, legal documentation (such as a birth certificate or guardianship papers) must be provided to prove the relationship.
How should I prepare for my session?

For the best possible experience and optimal healing, please ensure you:

  • Have eaten a substantial meal within 2 to 3 hours of your appointment.
  • Are well-hydrated.
  • Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine consumption for 24 hours prior to your session.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy, clean access to the area being pierced or tattooed.
