Before You Arrive
01. Identification
Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all clients, regardless of age. We cannot proceed without it.
02. Guests
To maintain a sterile and focused environment, we operate on a strict no-guest policy. Please arrive for your appointment alone.
03. Minors
Piercing services for minors (5+) require a parent or legal guardian present with accompanying identification and birth certificate.
Please make sure you book with the correct piercer. Each piercer has a different limit on the ages they pierce.
04. Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete intake documentation. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be rescheduled.
