Jewelry Sales

For hygienic and safety reasons, all body jewelry sales are final. Once jewelry has left our studio or been shipped to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the highest standards of safety and client care.

Lifetime Manufacturer Guarantee

We proudly carry only the world’s finest body jewelry, including Body Vision Los Angeles (BVLA), Neometal, and other trusted manufacturers. All of these brands provide a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

If any piece fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will work directly with the manufacturer to have it repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Loss of jewelry.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

• Normal wear and tear.

To begin a warranty claim, please contact us at info@facetandformseattle.com with photos and proof of purchase.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom and special orders (including BVLA and other fine jewelry made to order) are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has begun. Please confirm your design, sizing, and details before purchase.

Non-Jewelry Products

We accept returns on unopened, unused non-jewelry products (such as aftercare items) within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, products must be in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us immediately at info@facetandformseattle.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Returns Process

If you are returning an eligible product, please reach out to us first at info@facetandformseattle.com to receive instructions. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Piercing jewelry that has been unsealed or worn cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).
• Custom or special-order items are exempt from the cooling-off period as they are made to your specifications.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at care@facetandformpiercing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
